Winter Solstice, 1999, Charleston SC occurred at 2:44 A.M. on December 22, 1999. This is obviously not a Sync shot. It rained all night. The rain was just starting to subside at noon when this view of Brittlebank Park on the banks of the Ashley River was shot. This is about as bad as it gets in Charleston.
