Web searching

There are many tutorials available online that discuss how to use web search tools efficiently. Almost every library provides one. One of the better one is Bare Bones 101 by USC-Beaufort Library.

Also, a web designer needs to know how search engines work and how pages are ranked (see the tutorials at Search Engine Watch) and how to design for search engines (see the tutorial at Digital Web Magazine).
